I visited Kyoto the other day.

Even though I live in Kyoto, as a person who is immersed in logistics from head to toe, I ( Kadoi Ryoichi ) am always thinking about logistics.

Looking at the restaurants and shops lining the narrow alleys, I wonder, "How are they handling logistics?" Or, seeing Yamato Transport's electric vehicles, I think, "I'm sure there's an office in Kyoto ( Yamato Transport Yawata Office ) that runs on all electric vehicles," Or, driving past Yasaka Shrine, I think, "Sagawa Express's Gion store ( Gion Sagawa Express ) has renovated a town house and the uniforms are different, too." Am I the only one who thinks this?
I think some of the readers of this article are in the same situation.
Always looking for ideas to improve logistics

Improvements to address the Year 2024 Problem
Those who understand this idea will probably think, "Wow, that will reduce logistics costs" or "This will reduce the frequency of deliveries."
That's right. I think this idea is also a good way to deal with the Year 2024 Problem.
By having a large back yard, we can reduce daily deliveries to three days a week, etc. Also, since it is a beverage product, we often have to deliver two or three times a day in the summer, so we think we can prevent that as well.
It's possible that this has been there for a while, but I imagine it was added to the original store.
Even after explaining this much, I'm sure there are some people who still don't understand because they're looking at the small screen of a smartphone.
